It doesn't deserve a star ! I had an appointment to see a house, and they called me 15 minutes before the appointment, that the house was given. They choose, instead of the owners. Other times, as many times as I called, to make appointments to see a house, the same lies, that someone lives there, and calls me when he can, never calls back. I also sent them an appointment inquiry on the website, likewise, they never respond. An agency, with lying people and no antipathy. I wish you to have part the same thing, how you treat people !

Worse Estate Agents i ever had to deal with. Staff are rude, unhelpful, everything is always your fault. Constantly spoke over me, was called tramp as a longstanding mould issues wasn't dealt with for 2 years and now become a big problem. She puts the phone down on you when you don't just accept what's been said. If there was zero star review that would to much.

I'm not sure who they think they are. The snobbiest estate agents I've ever spoken to. They interrogate you on the phone and refuse to even give you a viewing if you don't pass their absurd criteria. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I recently concluded a lease with Belvoir Lettings, and I must say it was by far the worst renting experience I've encountered in my seven years of tenancy. The unprofessionalism, rudeness, and sheer laziness of the letting agents were astonishing. One of the most concerning issues was the development of a mold problem in the property. Despite reporting it promptly, absolutely nothing was done about it for two months. This lack of action on their part forced us to make the difficult decision to move out as soon as possible, compromising our comfort and well-being. To make matters worse, we faced a faulty boiler situation right at the beginning of winter, with a five-month-old baby in the house. When seeking assistance, I was met with insensitivity from Nina, who is supposedly the director's wife. Her dismissive response, stating "There are people in worse situations," was not only heartless but entirely unprofessional. It's concerning that someone in a leadership position would respond in such a callous manner. I strongly advise anyone considering Belvoir Lettings to steer clear. Don't be fooled by the suspiciously positive 5-star reviews, as my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Save yourself the stress and frustration – avoid Belvoir Lettings at all costs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Completely unprofessional, had the phone put down when i rang up several times. I rented a property which had appealing conditions, nothing was sorted. Totally unhelpful and rude. I wouldn’t even recommend to my worst enemy.
