I have rented an apartment for 2 years with Nicholas Humphreys. I never had any problem and any issue got resolved quickly. While often you don't really have a choice regarding which letting agency to use, I would gladly rent again with Nicholas Humphreys knowing that there won't be any hassles or problems.

I have rented out a student home in Nottingham for the last 30 years, and through that time I have had my fair share of ups and downs with letting agents. I contacted Nicholas Humphreys when the agents I had basically ran off with the rental and deposits and "went bancruot" leaving myself, now living in Scotland, and my tenants in the lurch. The team effortlessly stepped in and took control. That was about 8 years ago, and since then I have been able to enjoy 100% occupancy plus the peace of mind Nicholas Humphreys were there to respond to the needs of the students, prompting me to attend to maintenance and improvements to ensure the fabric of the property remains a desirable rental prospect, and also efficiently and cost effectively supervised some more major repairs that have been necessary. I now live overseas, and without Nicholas Humphreys I would not be able to continue renting out this property.
