Shelley Williams is the best property manager any tenant can ask for. It was the first time ever I was renting a property which meant I had A LOT of questions. During my tenancy, Shelly has patiently answered all of my queries. She has also addressed all of my reports (such as asking for a bulb change) quickly and successfully. My confidence in Shelly's property management skills is one of the reasons I decided to sign a contract for next year.

Danielle was super! She responded so quickly, and patiently answered any questions we had about renting our new student accommodation. She was bubbly and chatty when we met her in person! The whole process was made easy. Would highly recommend!!!

When viewing the property she answered all of my questions about the building and the room/kitchen that helped me to decide if I was going to take the property. The company was very professional and they immediately emailed me the tenancy agreement and tenancy deposit scheme information.

Danielle became our Property Manager last year. She is always ready and willing to help with issues that occur and shows a genuine interest in the welfare of the tenants and condition of the houses. It must have been a steep learning curve but one she has faced with enthusiasm. I'm sure she will grow from strength to strength over time becoming a key member of the team whose input is valued.

I’ve been using NH as the managing agents for my properties for a decade now. I’d initially dealt with Dan and later had good communication with Jonathan. Currently, my properties are managed by David. The service I have received throughout has been very good and I know my properties are in good hands, from managing these on a day to day basis, right through to ensuring they always comply with ongoing changes to any laws and regulations within the lettings industry. I have and continue to recommend NH for these services.

Nicholas Humphreys ensured my third year accommodation was easy and not a hassle! David was excellent in being flexible for key collection and sorting out house issues promptly and/or with good communication. Examples: Window was broken, David kept communication on situation and it was sorted within 48 hours from calling. Washing machine started flooding - David called out an engineer same day. Apart from that there were very few issues regarding the houses. The check out process was smooth and they didn’t attempt to make silly deposit charges like I’ve experienced with other agency’s. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Danielle was absolutely brilliant with helping my friends and I find a student home for next year. We viewed quite a few houses but Danielle made the whole process so much easier and helped us find a place that was affordable, spacious and near our lecture halls. She replied quickly and was always organised and had the details of every house we visited which made my friends and I feel extremely reassured throughout the whole process. Along with this, she was really friendly, easy to talk to and approachable, and we had no problems at all when working together with her and the company.
