Great service and kind staff. I was given a direct email for my agent which made me more comfortable as a student. He dealt with my repairs / queries etc very quickly after being informed and I have had no problems with any type of transactions. Very friendly people. Thank you!

I can't speak for what they are like when you actually live in one of their properties but I have just put down a holding deposit on a house and they were very helpful. After ringing up I was immediately sent a virtual viewing and then after ringing with questions later on Madeleine answered the phone and was extremely helpful, answering all the questions she could on the spot and then going and finding out the answers for the other ones. The replies were very quick leading to me being able to put a holding deposit down on a house the same day I found it- something very difficult at the moment (most likely due to the pandemic) as many companies are taking a very long time to respond, if they even respond at all. Five stars for the excellent communication and helpfulness, particularly from Madeleine, and Nick who sent the video immediately after I rang
