Roger Cambridge - Nicholas Humphreys in my opinion are a very efficient team. My main port of call is David who has dealt with all of my enquiries immediately and with very good outcomes for me everytime. I feel confident in having Nicholas Humphreys manage my housing stress free.

As landlords we have found Jon, Dan and our currnt portfolio manager David and in fact all in the offfice extremely proactive, helpful, professional, extremely efficient and friendly.We bought through the office and use them as letting agents. We had excellent service from Kevin Laban and the team in finding a suitable buyer for our a property. Communication was very good and very responsive. Kevin helped in solving a few problems and smoothing the way to sales completion.

Shelley Williams has been so helpful and responsive with every little query I have had! She has helped my son and his friends secure their final year student house and been on hand to answer all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. Although they haven’t moved in yet I’m sure Shelley will continue to help whenever the need arises. I find her personable and professional- the perfect combination.

My property has been on let with Humphries for a very long time and have had a few property managers over time who have all been great. My current property manager is David pike, he is always helpful when I have any queries and always replies back in a quick time frame. we dealt with William for student lets at Nottingham - and he was always really helpful and prompt. We let via NH for 2 years and have only positive things to say - we wish William had managed the property as well. Shelley was also really helpful when we had an issue on move out.

Nicholas Humphreys is by far the best when it comes to student housing! David has been such a great help with everything and all responses from him have been quick and extremely helpful!
