Dissappointed with the service received from the agent Satnam. A week before entering the property we were promised the property would be clean and move in ready. After all the stressful paperwork online which is not user friendly we managed to finish all needed documentation. We received our keys only to find the property in the same state as when we viewed it. Pipes licking, house not cleaned, papers all over the floor, cupboards not painted well just to state a few. Went to the office to complain and air out our grievances and their response was their hands were tied and nothing they could do. They couldn't even promise us when the house would be cleaned and move in ready. Mind you at this point the rental has been paid already and they don't know when the property will be cleaned for us to move in. Extremely disappointed 😞
I don't think anyone actually works in this office as I've called several times over a few days now and no one ever answers the phone. I don't think they are interested in letting properties due to low commission but rather answer the phone if its to do with buying or selling a property as they get commission. Typical commercial letting agent don't care about people but they care about commission.
Shocking service I've never known a company to let me down so horrifically I will never use these people ever again
Following on from my Tenant. (We have tried to contact our property manager Hana, for the past month over 20 times via email, and call separately by both occupants of the apartment, but have had no response, absolutely, disappointing. We have established that we are being ignored now and sometimes our calls are declined only after a couple of Rings. We cannot find a senior contact for this branch, to escalate to so have had no choice but to post this review in hopes someone will finally reach out and acknowledge us as paying tenants. Our property manager is Hana of the Nottingham branch and maybe after this we will finally be acknowledged). This case is either shockingly poor mismanagement and or just straight up bad communication with clients/tenants. The hand over process of gaining a balcony which had been promised in September of a December deadline and its “rapidly coming to completion” . Now it’s April and we are still waiting for access and now can’t get communication with apartment management .
