Oulsnam was very good - they sold our house in 2015. The cost was some £250 more than their competitors - we obtained three quotations - but their valuation of our house was some seven thousand pounds higher. It was necessary to offer a small discount on the house, but we were able to earn several thousand additional pounds by using their services. Additionally, they stayed on top of the progress of the transaction, and helped push it to completion - which, due to the other parties to the transaction, was not hassle free for them. I genuinely believe another estate agent would not have been able to hold the deal together. Thanks Emily!
