We were selling my parents property which was empty and as such needed an estate agent who could give a fully managed service, Oulsanams delivered. We were so impressed with their patience and the time they took to explain all of the processes for us. Our Estate Agent in comparison offered none of this attention or understanding, although we were happy with the sale of our property we found that Ouslnams were far more customer focused and professional (even though they weren't receiving our fee!!). If we had not sold our house the week that we did, we had already agreed to transfer our custom to Oulsnams. When we first put our house on the market back in 2016 we had several Estate Agents come round to view the house and give us information on how much they felt it would be worth and also what they offered in way of a service and the costs involved. Robert Ouslnam were not the cheapest of the Agents we had visit, but from the off we were so impressed with the Sales Manager and his friendly, professional approach that although we knew it would cost more than the other Agents, he instilled in us a feeling of confidence. We had been in our house for 29 years and at our age this was going to be an upheaval and we knew this. Our boys tried to talk us into going for the cheaper option but we stuck to our guns and went with Oulsnam. I have to say we are so glad we made that decision. The staff at the Northfield Office were an absolute Godsend to us during this difficult and stressful time. It unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, took around 7 months to sell and purchase our new property but the Sales Manager at the Northfield Office kept in touch with us on a regular basis and towards the end he contacted a whole host of people weekly to try and speed things along. He really was our lifeline and we would 100% recommend Robert Oulsnam to anyone considering selling their property.
