Writing this as a seller, Ouali has been second to none in his support and overall management of the sale of the property; available at all times for both updates and a supportive ear, providing advice on all manner of situations that occur during the sale process whilst remaining professional and empathetic throughout. I engaged EweMove Finchley and Whetstone branch to sell my house earlier this year . Like many people I have never really heard of EweMove before but on GetAgent they were number one for selling properties in my area . I had a 4 bedroomed property to sell in N11 New Southgate . After a very useful discussion about selling my property , pricing options and looking at recent sales in the area with Ouali Chriqy one of the Directors of the company I decided to use them to sell my house . I was particularly impressed that it would be him and him only that would deal with my sale and no one else. He would handle everything, the marketing of the property, the half hour viewing slots and all of the much needed communications with myself and prospective viewers and buyers . EweMove did a excellent write up of my property and a fabulous 3D video of the house which viewers can only access once they have made an appointment to view . Within 7 days of it going on the market I had over 15 viewings . I had a offer over and above the asking price within a week . This unfortunately did not proceed so Mr Chriqy was immediately organising more viewings and again I had a offer over the asking price . Happily this sale did proceed . I cannot recommend this company enough . They are professional, committed above the call of duty , hard working and very informative about everything to do with your property and the area they are selling the property in . He worked tirelessly to find me a buyer and ensure that this sale went through as smoothly as one could hope it would . We are very pleased that we chose Ewemove to sell our property. The previous year we had put our property on the market with another estate agent but we didn't get much interest. We were bombarded with letters from local estate agents promising to sell it for us. However, Khilan from Ewemove went the extra mile by popping a little parcel through our letter box. The parcel contained a book on how to sell your property, some chocolate and some tea bags. We thought it was a nice gesture and we decided to choose him for that reason. When we contacted Khilan in March, he assured us that he would be able to sell our property quickly. Early April the property was on the market and he arranged an open house for the first weekend. Very much recommend using Ewemove Finchley! Decided to use them to sell our flat instead of using one of the high street estate agents.
