We worked with Sarah as our letting agent when we moved abroad and rented out our home, and she was simply fantastic. She handled all the paperwork smoothly and connected us with excellent local contractors for things like window replacements, decoration, and electrical checks. Now that we’re in China, she’s been a huge help, always available via WhatsApp to sort out any issues that come up. We really appreciate her professionalism and would definitely recommend her services!

We worked with Sarah over many years (1 rental and two sales) and had a very professional and helpful experience and so would highly recommend. Its a tough market with many stakeholders to manage and Sarah always has a practical and cheerful approach. She offers advice but is also flexible and able to follow clients wishes where they might differ.

Despite some initial problems with our rented property, the agency was responsive and proactive throughout the tenancy to resolve any maintenance issues etc. Very easy to communicate with. Full deposit fairly returned and in good time.

Have been using Ewemove and Ben for quite a few years now as managing agents for a few rental properties (the whole process from advice on getting market ready, advertising, tenant finding, ongoing management).
