We bought and sold through Coast and Country. They were the only agents we encountered who wanted us to find the perfect home and did not pressure us for a quick sale. We saw many, many houses and the team (especially Callum) went out of his way to understand my forever home and help me find it. The entire team were friendly and chased things for us with timely responses. Tom in particular kept me updated with the chain and followed up by email or phone call any queries I had within 24 hours.
