Great personal service to sell house

I thoroughly recommend Coast and Country, in particular the Newton Abbot branch. Nice people, and both efficient and effective. Although a first sale fell through, they found me a second buyer was within days, and the whole process from remarketing through to completion happened in just over 9 weeks. The follow through helping me to resolve questions from the buyer, their surveyor, and their solicitors was second to none.

We have helped him with putting his things into the best places and made him two lounges. One upstairs and one downstairs as he thought it was a good idea if he didn't want to walk downstairs for a sit on a sofa.
