Coast and Country were very helpful in selling our cottage. Their friendly staff guided us through the process and were excellent at keeping us informed, contacting the buyers solicitor for information whenever asked - all in all, a successful experience.

We just completed on our house with Coast and Country, what a lovely bunch of people! We dealt with several different people at the office and found them all friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. We'll definitely use them if we sell the house in the future and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Very impressed with Coast & Country estate agents in Newton Abbot. Callum was our contact for the sale of our house and he is excellent at his job, friendly and helpful. The high quality photos and virtual tour looked very professional and we were able to agree a sale in record time. Everything was done very promptly from taking the photos and getting the listing published online to providing feedback from viewings. Other members of the team were also on hand to help with any issues – very refreshing to always have a friendly voice on the end of the phone when needed. Highly recommend this company.

This was our final viewing before completion on Wednesday, and once again a brilliant viewing.
