Many thanks to all the team at Newton Abbot, for their help, advice, and enthusiasm in selling and buying our properties. Having used their agency before, we knew that we could rely on them to do a great job, and they did not disappoint this time either. Praise is due to all the members of the team, but special thanks to Courtenay for the excellent interior video, and her bright cheery voice at the end of the phone - a perfect antidote to the stresses of buying and selling - and Tom for some brilliant drone work. Also to Karen, Callum, Mike and Ashley, who did a lot more than was required to ensure a satisfactory outcome to the transactions. Just a thought, perhaps they all could run training courses for the other agents to show them how it should be done? :-) Well done everyone.

I can't recommend Coast and Country highly enough. I purchased my property through Callum, and so when it came to selling it 4 years later it was a no brainer to contact him again. The process from making the initial contact to getting the valuation done, photos and videos completed and it on the market was so much quicker than I expected. It then sold in 2 weeks!! I cannot fault the level of service and friendliness from everyone I dealt with at Coast and Country. Nothing was every too much and they went above and beyond to complete the transaction. Callum is the only member of staff I have met face-to-face and he is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He will certainly be my go to if we decide sell up again! Coast and country are an amazing estate agents, having recently sold my property there was nothing they didn’t do to support and help in what can be a very stressful time. Darren was very informative and didn’t put any pressure on me to use their services. They were professional and portrayed my house as if it were their own.
