Hello, you now have two options: Either you return the things you have stolen or appropriated from my house in Sandy Lane, Blackwater, Isle of Wight in February 2020, or I will charge you with wilful theft and sue you for at least £10,000 in damages. I will also report it to the press that you, as estate agents, have stolen my valuable belongings from the house and acted fraudulently. I am still writing to you myself and giving you 10 days to act. If these expire without me getting my things back, my international lawyers will immediately file criminal charges against you, and turn all the employees' premises as well as the offices upside down. In addition, you have been observed taking stolen goods out of the house! Some of my belongings are still in the house and you have told the Cowes Movers not to take them to pick up in February 2020. This is also a deliberate fraud, which will be reported to the police immediately as you might see in the BCC. You have stolen the following belongings of my house: 1 GIANT E-Bike (the serial number is reported to the police) worth £2.000 1 SONY Alpha 7 III Camera, lenses and so on (the serial number is reported to the police) worth £2.000 1 LG 65” TV (the serial number is reported to the police) worth £1.000 1 Samsung Fridge / Freezer (probably still in the property, police will check that within the next hours) worth £500 1 Samsung Waching Machine (probably still in the property, police will check that within the next hours) worth £500 2 Beds, 2 Tables, some furniture worth £1.000 some electrcal divices worth £1.000 private belongings worth £2.000 and the list is not yet completed ... All in all, you have stolen or kept stolen goods of about £10,000 from my house. There are enough witnesses who can confirm this. I expect a payment of the amount of £10,000 within the next 10 days, otherwise I will prosecute you and sue and convict you for fraudulent acts and grand theft. It is up to you now to act!
