All the staff are both personable and helpful, and you get the feeling that they genuinely care about their customers. Red squirrel were very very helpful throughout our house purchase they would reply quickly with answers to emails etc. We purchased throughout the pandemic so had issues surrounding rules and regs but everything was explained and all involved did the best they could to ease the situation.
