Scott was great in helping me sell my late partner’s property. It needed refurbishing due to damage caused by the previous tenant and Scott gave great tips on what to do. There was lots of interest and the property sold in just over a week. Amazing service!

First met Scott 2.5 years ago when we sold our own property, after a few valuations we chose Scott as felt he was very down to earth, friendly and just came across as a really honest lovely guy. Scott Gwyer took on the sale of our property, he was very professional throughout the whole process, advising of the services that could be provided by Number One Real Estate and trusted partners, our conversations were very clear and concise, responding to our questions, setting out the process and managing expectations of outcomes. The drone video sequence of the property prepared by Scott was exceptional, in my view when posted on social media outlets accelerated awareness that the property was about to go on sale, we had plenty of positive feedback and could see that the video was being shared, as a consequence we had a number of viewings booked the day after going live. The first viewing that Scott managed was 4 days after the property went up for sale, it was with a cash buyer from whom we accepted an offer above the guide price, 8 weeks later the contracts were exchanged and completion done. During that time we received updates from Scott and the Number One team helping to facilitate the sale by helping to resolve queries and prompt both sides solicitors to ensure a timely conclusion. From start to finish the service and professionalism from Number One was outstanding. Extremely personable, pragmatic and hold your hand every step of the way. Ours was a long process so we had lots of interaction with many of the team when looking for properties and when selling ours. Sold so quickly but stuck in a chain beyond ours and their control. Shout out to Brunee and Julie but overall Katie who has a wonderful business and service mindset. So dedicated to her clients and I can see why how you can’t travel around the area without seeing one of the Number One signs in many, many properties.
