This has been a dream experience from start to finish. Jess came out to meet me and value the house, set up a what's app group to answer questions and give up dates. The house was sold 10 days after it went on the market and had 10 viewings in one day. The solicitor recommended has been amazing too and the move is on track to complete in just over 6, weeks!! Tara my sales progressor is keeping me updated as we go. Would highly recommend!

I have been impressed with Number One from the first phone call. Katie was informative, knowledgeable, and professional throughout. Julie was my sales progressor and again I was impressed with the levels of communication, quick responses and clarity in expectations. The team are really good at the personal touches and keeping themselves up to date which was very reassuring to me as a seller. I was apprehensive having had poor experiences with estate agents in the past, but I would choose Number One over and over again. They delivered what they promised and I can't fault any part of the process. I've already recommended to family, and friends!

James Taylor was amazing, from the minute we approached him regarding selling our house to the day the keys were handed over to the buyer. Having his direct number made the process so much easier as we didn't have to call the office and wait for a call back like other estate agents. James sold our house in under a week for well above the asking price and we couldn't be happier. He went above and beyond for us, took all the stress out of selling a house and we can't recommend him enough. If you're looking to buy or sell, I would look no further than number one. James' rates were very reasonable in comparison to other agents and I'm confident you won't get the service you would with him.
