He is exceptionally busy due to his great reputation yet somehow he makes you feel as if you are the only client due to his constant communication to you and always responding to queries no matter what time you message him. He always answers within the hour. Often within minutes. To top it off you couldn't ask for a more personable character. I rarely recommend people unless they are exceptional but have had full confidence in recommending him to friends and family already.
