Mark was very proactive throughout the selling process. He answered messages and arranged meetings early in the morning for me, and I know he contacted potential buyers at night when they were available. I met with a few agents beforehand, but Mark was the only one who filled me with confidence and respected my house. During the valuation, Mark gave me a book detailing how to present my house, which was super useful. He also gave me some advisories on what I should do, and provided some printouts of current and past listings to support his valuation. He took really nice and accurate photos of the house, made a virtual tour and a video of the house within days of me appointing him. Astonishingly, he sold my house within a month!
