I would highly recommend Mark to anyone his attention to detail from his first visit to our home to completion was second to none. When he first came he arrived with all the up to date market data and spent a good 2 hours assessing my property. Once I appointed him he came again to take photos and a 360deg walk through video. All of which resulted in significant interest with potential buyers he managed all the viewings and the price negotiations personally which got us a quick sale at the price we wanted.
