Extremely disappointed with the services from the agents. We had booked an appointment for 16:30 today but an accident on the way to the viewing meant that we would be 5 minutes late to the appointment, we gave them a courtesy call prior to coming in to let us know that we would be a few minutes late despite leaving on time. Christine, who answered the phone was extremely rude and unsympathetic towards our situation. I understand through experience that house viewings only take a few minutes to complete and it would not take until 5pm to complete the viewing as they claimed they had another appointment for then. We were extremely hopeful for this property but feel as though we have dodged a bullet given that this is how the estate agents were willing to talk to potential renters. They have completely missed out on some well- established, professional tenants.
