This is a complete joke and not a professional real estate agency at all. They do quite bad at advertising or even staging the units to be sold. They are so dumb and stupid. I bought a flat that needed tons of repairs even though they promised to give it out in good shape. Imagine buying a place and not receiving full keys. They claim they had no idea about the key situation. I think people who are please here have no real comparison to this stupid company. I lived in north America and such agencies would go bankrupt in one month. I even feel bad for the seller because the unit could have gotten extra money if they did their job right. Surprisingly the person who handled my case was the branch manager (or claims to be), leanne threw multiple fits when I wanted to have the unit checked in before i purchase, she has zero respect for buyers. She needs to learn how to do real estate from professionals. Stay away and go with other firms. You will lose money with both ends with them. Update: notice how the praises only come from reviewers with 2-3 reviews on their account. Stay away from this company

Since my property moved over from Martin&Co to Northwood the communication, systems, and delays in rental payments have been poor. Team are constantly on annual leave so there is zero continuity. No accountability taken. Seriously considering how long I leave my property under their management.

Nightmare of a company that shows no respect, empathy and has rude staff, please also watch out for the hidden fees. I've had the worst 4 years of my life dealing with this company. Better to stay away and use a trusted estates agent

Tenant of a property managed by Northwood. Difficult to liaise with. Contact is difficult using any method. Deposit unable to be determined if protected so whilst they use the logo of the DPS I cannot locate my deposit secured with them. When questioning about it I am receiving zero response. Now exploring legal action due to this.

Anthony, I am sorry we did not respond to you as quickly as we should, we were waiting for information from the landlord before responding but we should have sent a holding email explaining this. As you are aware you started your tenancy with another agent and landlord. Your deposit was not passed to your current landlord so when we took over the management of the property we were not in receipt of any deposit. Your current landlord has paid you the amount of deposit that you paid as a gesture of good will but if you wish to take legal action regarding the deposit not being protected then you will need to contact the previous agent and landlord which will be on your original tenancy agreement. If you do require copies of this tenancy agreement, please let up know. I do wish you all the best.

It is very bad Agency. They play with them customer just they waste them customer time. It is very, very poor customer service. They are racist.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your neighbours. We do take noise issues seriously however we are not able to prevent people from making noise. We do have procedures which we have followed. I am sure we will have asked you to reach out to the council who will help you deal with this as they are best placed to confirm if the noise is over an acceptable level. We will reach out to the tenants again. The council will once they have investigated get in contact with. Terrible service - avoid at all costs if renting. Every single time I report an issue with the property it takes a ridiculously long time to have it addressed - never receive updates and the attitude of the staff often borders on rude when all I am looking for is a solution and not to be fobbed off again.

They didn’t seem to know what they were doing, promised a return call for a property to rent twice and they didn’t call back. The woman who was helping me said it was her day off as an excuse, sorry but does the office close on her day off!? Really poor customer service and didn’t seem to care about their clients.

I was interested I buying a flat that, according to Rightmove, had been on the market for some months. I rang three times to try and get a viewing, they said they would get back to me, they didn't. The third time I was told that the flat had just gone under offer. Would I use them to market any property of mine? Its not often you find an estate agent that gives the impression of having quite such a relaxed attitude.
