Elena and the team were great. Found us a tenant quickly. Delivered on all their comittments. Took all the hassle away. If Elena wasn't in the team knew the status and were able to move things on. Friendly to work with. Highly recommend.
Having worked for Manson's for six years now as an independent contractor I must congratulate Nick for having such a friendly dedicated and devoted team, It makes work a pleasure.
I found Mansons staff to be both professional and friendly. If the person I wanted to speak to was unavailable my calls were returned promptly. Most importantly I feel that they are an agency that I can actually trust to look after my interests. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.
I was very impressed by Gav, He is a very friendly 'what you see is what you get' person. If he promised to do something he delivered, I didn't have to chase him once to do anything. On the day I got the keys to the flat I was renting everything was explained and handed over - very efficient - no waffling. Thank you.
The whole team is fast, friendly and efficient. I moved to Newcastle from Ireland for work and they were flexible and cooperative. Had to fly over for viewings and they even went the extra mile and gave me a lift into the city centre after one as I was running late for my train. They even opened the office early for me when I went to collect my keys as I have a very tight schedule. Thanks Gav and Elena for getting the paperwork sorted, getting the move in date moved back and getting me my keys really quickly and effortlessly. I would recommend these guys to anyone. What a great team!
An excellent company that is very professional and welcoming. This was my first time renting and Mansons made the whole process so easy - They really went above and beyond! I would like to make particular mention of Elena who guided us through the whole process and Jonathan who was more than happy to allow us to view a property outside of business hours due to my conflicting work schedule. 5 Stars seem too few for the service that we received and I would definitely recommend this agency.
Elena was nothing but a delight throughout the process of securing my let. Thoroughly recommended - exceedingly helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. An asset to her company.
