Excellent Letting Agents

We have sadly just left a Mansons tenancy, though the reason was nothing to do with Mansons. As a letting agent, Mansons are arguably the best we have dealt with in nearly 20 years of living as tenants in a number of towns and cities in the UK and US. The Mansons staff are all very professional in their dealings, especially in the crucial area of maintenance where Cyndi excels at prompt and effective customer service. I enjoyed my time with Mansons and if I look for another property in the Tyneside area they will be my first port of call. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Reply from Mansons Property Consultants : Dear Robert Thank you very much for your kind words. We hope you are settling into your new property. Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of service to you in the future. Kind regards Cindy

Another satisfied customer!

I have used the services of Mansons letting agents, (5 Holly Avenue West, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne. NE2 2AR), a few times now and I must say that I am definitely 'another satisfied customer'! The services I received every step of the way were exceptional in all cases! Everyone I spoke to or dealt with were very polite, friendly and professional. Gav 'at the office' was particularly friendly and approachable and professional. Once again, many thanks to everyone I dealt with and I will no doubt be coming back again.

Excellent service

Comment: As current tenants of a Mansons property, we can strongly recommend them. They have been very helpful every step of the way, in terms of helping us sort the paperwork before moving in, making sure everything was running smoothly when we started living in the property, and if we have had issues (eg the fridge broke and needed replacing, which was done with no problems). Elena in particular is very friendly and helpful, going the extra mile by remembering who we are when we go in to the office and offering us tea/coffee etc. I have found Elena to be very professional and efficient, as with all the staff at Mansons. Also thanks to Kayley for being so helpful in sorting out our broken fridge; she went to great efforts to make sure a new one was delivered quickly and at a time convenient for us, which we greatly appreciate We have recently chosen to stay in our property for another year as a result and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Reply from Mansons Property Consultants : Hi Nicholas, thank you so much for your review, it is our pleasure. I know you are very busy with your studies so taking the time out to write this lovely review is very much appreciated! Thank you from all of us :-).
