Mansons Property Consultants

Best expereince of a letting agent I have ever had!

Elena was both professional and friendly and made it so I didn't need to chase anything and wasn't left waiting for any information. This is very different from the experiences I have had with letting agents in the past! She went back to the landlord several times for me with queries and always kept me fully up to date via email which was a huge help. Elena made the whole process very easy.

Very professional and friendly service

I have moved quite a few times in Newcastle over the last few years and never had particularly good experiences with letting agents. My experience with Mansons was completely different in that they were very professional and efficient. They kept me up to date all the way through, I never had to ask information or chase them on anything, and all the staff I had dealings with were very friendly and helpful.

Relocation to Heaton made pleasurable!

Elena really went out of her way to ensure our relocation went as smoothly as possible. She kept us informed at every step from our initial viewing to negotiating with the landlord. Nothing was too much trouble & everything was with a smile. We have just moved in & I would be more than happy to recommend the services of Elena & Mansons to anyone looking to rent in Newcastle.

Our experience with Dean and Jonathon at mansons estate agents

On first meeting Jonathon at the property to view , we found jonothan very easy going, friendly, approachable and helpful, we felt at ease and comfortable . After viewing we found our experience over the phone and in shop with Dean very at ease and relaxed , Dean was also very helpful friendly and give us the answers we questioned about the contract and property without any hesitation ,. A pleasant experience to deal with Dean and Jonathon , both a credit to Mansons estate agents .. Well done and thank you

Excellent service

Elena really goes the extra mile to make things as smooth and easy as possible. She really puts the effort in to put a personal touch on things. Couldn't rate her highly enough and would happily recommend her to our friends and family. This is the second time we have used Mansons and we have always been happy with the service.

10/10 mansions provided me and my daughter with a warm friendly professional service. Thank you very much

I found Elena and the rest of the team very friendly and professional. They were extremely thorough and helpful. This is my first experience of renting a flat through an estate agent and feel very "looked after". Thanks again :)
