Prominent Newcastle Full Service Estate Agent

I have worked with Mansons for a number of years as a landlord and to sell property. They are a highly professional, forward thinking business, that are always accessible, welcoming and above all very good at what they do.

Reply from Mansons Property Consultants : Good day Nick - It has been a delight working with you over the years both as a landlord then as a vendor when you decided to sell the property. We hop to do business with you again in the future! All the best - Gav & The Mansons Team

Best agent

Elena has been so wonderful throughout the selling process. Her best quality is she always delivers what she promises. If she says she will follow up on something and get back, then she always does. She kept the chain moving so efficiently and patiently. Wonderful job.

Elena

I had never heard of Mansons Estate agents before until I purchased my recent property. I must say the experience I have had was made a lot more pleasant with the constant communication of Elena. all ways pushing and searching for progression which is what you need. She left my estate agent standing and wouldn't hesitate in using these again. Thank you

Reply from Mansons Property Consultants : Hello Alan, we are very pleased that we managed to succeed in achieving the turn-round you hoped for. Thank you for your lovely review and we hope you will be very happy in your new home. Best wishes from us all. Elena and the team. x

Quick and Easy

Elena was excellent. The whole process from viewing the flat to signing the contract was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Emails were replied to very quickly (often within the hour). Elena and the rest of the team made me feel relaxed and comfortable, a stark difference from experiences with other letting agents.

Reply from Mansons Property Consultants : Hi there Will, thank you so much for taking time out to give us this lovely review. I really hope the flat is perfect for the 2 of you. Thanks again, best regards, Elena and the team x

Best Estate Agents !

From start to finish Masons is a "Top Notch" company to deal with ! So pleasant surprised that I was so warmly greeted by a really excellent band of people , far removed from the the oft archetypal stern faced "operatives" one can often associate with being estate agents ! From the initial greeting on the phone to the thoroughness and attention to detail , all the staff involved deserve a full five stars for their helpfulness in making my tenancy agreement so easy and pleasurable experience ! Truly first class !

Reply from Mansons Property Consultants : Hi Robin. Thank you for your glowing revue. It was also an extreme pleasure to work with yourself, and we welcome you to the Mansons family. All the best, and have a wonderful Xmas !

As a first time renter I was looking for the perfect agency to go with, and I can say that Mansons are just that, I viewed a flat and moved in just two weeks after viewing. I was very happy with the service and the staff are very friendly. I would recommend this agency to anyone who is struggling to find a great one.

Reply from Mansons Property Consultants : Hey Stacie - So pleased you are settled in your new home and that Mansons made the experience of moving less strenuous, that is what we are here for! Enjoy your first property - The Mansons Team

Never thought I'd praise an estate agent!

Estate agents often don't have the best of reputations, but since using Mansons, they have earned my respect and praise. The whole team were so helpful and respectful and kept me fully informed all the way through. What appeared to be a daunting process, turned out to be a smooth and easy one.. They did everything they said they would do, and more. They were all so polite, welcoming and friendly. To top it all , the house was sold in days! I would definitely use them again.

Reply from Mansons Property Consultants : Hi Chrissie - Thank you ever so much for your kind comments. I am pleased to hear that we have restored your faith in the profession! We were over the moon with the outcome with the sale. All the very best - Gav & The Team
