Mansons were always on the ball with any maintenance issues that arose. The staff were polite and friendly at all times and treated us with respect. As a renter I have often come across estate agents who treated me as less just because I …

Flexible letting for tenants from overseas

Mansons recently helped us to rent our first property in the UK. Moving overseas for a job is daunting enough without all the hassle that goes along with it (banks, taxes, superannuation... the forms are endless) but finding out that you might not be able to rent a property here without some well off friends or family to back you up is terrifying! Gav Younger is an absolute star who helped us explore every available avenue to satisfy our referencing requirements and get us into a new home. Mansons (and our helpful landlords) were very patient and flexible while we were doing this and for that they have our sincere appreciation!

Reply from Mansons Property Consultants : Hey there Billy & Helina, Ah thank you ever so much for your lovely remarks, much appreciated. I hope Jesmond treats you well and that you are really happy in your new rental property. Many thanks again - Gav

Looking to rent? Look no further!

Me and my partner have been renting with mansons for the last 3 years and what a sublime 3 years it has been. We have rented with several lacklustre realtors in the past so we can both vouch that Mansons offer a more professional (and indeed more personal) renting experience. :-)

Reply from Mansons Property Consultants : Hi Julia, thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review! Thank you for being lovely tenants and taking care of the rental property as if it were you're own, we wish you all the best in the future ::)

Epitome of efficiency

As a Landlord we use Mansons to manage our property portfolio. The whole team are incredibly efficient and provide concise and informative updates when required. They really do make the management process incredibly straightforward for the client. Having recently re-let a flat in record time we could not fault the service received. On the whole, delighted with Mansons and would recommend to anyone. W&K Properties Ltd

Professional and helpful agent

Elena was well-organised, very professional and friendly. She helped us navigate the renting process, negotiate the terms of our contract and made sure to have everything in place prior to our move. Her patience and perseverance as well as her considerate attitude made us confident that we have chosen the right agency.

Reply from Mansons Property Consultants : Hello Andra! Thank you so much for writing this. I hope you will continue to be very happy in the property with your family. It has been our pleasure. :-)

Compassionate, reliable and quirky!

Mansons have been a wonderful agency for me and my husband for so many reasons. Having decided to up sticks three years ago and move abroad, we were very nervous about many things! Including leaving our beloved home in the hands of someone else to take care of. However Mansons have been so efficient yet warm throughout all the ups and downs of letting our property. It felt like we had left our home in the care of friends rather than estate agents. Everyone we've dealt with has had a great sense of humour - I think this must be part of the selection criteria to join the team - and we have always enjoyed our conversations with them, whether face to face, by email or on the phone. Put simply, they are lovely people working for an outstanding estate agency. I can't recommend them enough.

Reply from Mansons Property Consultants : We really appreciate your kind words Stefanie. It was a pleasure to work with you. If we can ever help in the future please give us a call.
