I’ve been with Belvior for a few years now and the service I receive from them has always been excellent. They’re quick to respond to queries or issues, and if a resolution is needed it’s dealt with swiftly and professionally. Although the Newbury office is part of a national organisation, it feels like I’m talking to a local company whenever I have contact with them because their staff are so friendly and personable. I’ve also found their website for tenancy documents and tracking payments is really useful. I would recommend Belvior to anyone thinking of using them for letting in Newbury.

Myself and my partner have recently rented a property through Belvoir with Helen as our letting agent. From the get go, she has been absolutely fantastic! Every question/query I had she answered promptly and assured my anxieties which is something I suffer with. She chased up everything that was needed to secure our contract quickly and efficiently, which minimised stress our end! Following on from moving in, any issues we had were dealt with by Tracy who, similarly to her colleague Helen, dealt with them very quickly! She made sure all the appropriate people were alerted of any issues that needed dealt with and because of this; were resolved in an expeditious and speedy manner.
