Myself and my partner have recently rented a property through Belvoir with Helen as our letting agent. From the get go, she has been absolutely fantastic! Every question/query I had she answered promptly and assured my anxieties which is something I suffer with. She chased up everything that was needed to secure our contract quickly and efficiently, which minimised stress our end! Following on from moving in, any issues we had were dealt with by Tracy who, similarly to her colleague Helen, dealt with them very quickly! She made sure all the appropriate people were alerted of any issues that needed dealt with and because of this; were resolved in an expeditious and speedy manner. Highly, highly recommend Belvoir simply down to the two colleagues we have had correspondences with.
