We are currently renting a property through Belvoir Newbury, and i can not recommend them enough. The communication is fantastic, and they have a super easy, very efficient app that allows you to log any issues you have. We logged a leaking tap, and it was fixed within 2 hours. We are really impressed with the service we are receiving. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming, and always available to answer any questions we have. When we moved into the property, we were given a very handy booklet, which contained all the information we needed about the house. The moving in box full of goodies was such a nice personal touch aswel.

I've used Belvoir for a number of years to manage a letting house for me and always had always been impressed with the professional friendly staff, so decided to use them for selling the property. I was delighted with everything from start to finish. Tim was brilliant in explaining the process and I was even more so impressed to see the quality of the brochures and final photos for advertising. Ann Marie was particularly wonderful at keeping me updated and in the loop. They made the whole situation alot less stressful. Would highly recommend!
