Belvoir Newbury sales department was fabulous in supporting us through the sale of our property. Their customer service was exceptional and they always kept us up to date. They really went over and above for us and we cannot recommend them enough.

Their rental Property Management team (i.e.; repairs, maintenance etc.) has proven to be courteous, professional, and effective, continuously since took over from the prior incumbent in 2018. I have been particularly impressed by the professionalism of Tracy Kalina, whom I primarily deal with, who is always happy to help and pleasant to deal with and confidence inspiring that when things go wrong, it all will be OK. That is not to say that the other there are any the less effective, but Tracy has been the primary ‘point of contact’ for the last 3 years. Also, the tenant maintenance issues reporting system they use is also very efficient.
