Their rental Property Management team (i.e.; repairs, maintenance etc.) has proven to be courteous, professional, and effective, continuously since took over from the prior incumbent in 2018. I have been particularly impressed by the professionalism of Tracy Kalina, whom I primarily deal with, who is always happy to help and pleasant to deal with and confidence inspiring that when things go wrong, it all will be OK. That is not to say that the other there are any the less effective, but Tracy has been the primary ‘point of contact’ for the last 3 years. Also, the tenant maintenance issues reporting system they use is also very efficient.

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Helen and Tracy, would recommend them highly to anyone! We had a very quick turnaround with our move but we were kept informed the whole way through. Any questions we asked were answered swiftly. Overall very friendly and lovely credit to the belvoir team. Very happy with our experience with both of these two.

A bit of a delayed review but we had the best experience with Belvoir Newbury. We had very little time to find a place to rent and the team at Belvoir were so responsive and tended to the paperwork very promptly. There was still work to be done at the property and were initially advised that we may need to find a place to stay for a few days while the work was completed. A few days later we were advised that all was in order and that we could get the keys early, what a relief! We had regular inspections at the property which helped ensure any fair wear and tear was documented. We did have the property professionally cleaned when we moved out and received our full deposit back. Tracy was an absolute delight to deal with from beginning to end and I always recommend Belvoir when anyone is looking for a property to rent.

Well what a smooth and well oiled professional company Belvoir are. I met Helen for a viewing back in August. She was so professional with a fab sense of humour. We had regular calls to check that everything was going to plan and she was there to help, guide and give me confidence in my new experience of becoming a tenant. I have now moved into my rented property (night 3) and everything is just as it should be. I picked up the keys from Tracey, who was equally as professional, and she went through the initial checking procedures with me and explained everything clearly.
