A bit of a delayed review but we had the best experience with Belvoir Newbury. We had very little time to find a place to rent and the team at Belvoir were so responsive and tended to the paperwork very promptly. There was still work to be done at the property and were initially advised that we may need to find a place to stay for a few days while the work was completed. A few days later we were advised that all was in order and that we could get the keys early, what a relief! We had regular inspections at the property which helped ensure any fair wear and tear was documented. We did have the property professionally cleaned when we moved out and received our full deposit back. Tracy was an absolute delight to deal with from beginning to end and I always recommend Belvoir when anyone is looking for a property to rent.

Well what a smooth and well oiled professional company Belvoir are. I met Helen for a viewing back in August. She was so professional with a fab sense of humour. We had regular calls to check that everything was going to plan and she was there to help, guide and give me confidence in my new experience of becoming a tenant. I have now moved into my rented property (night 3) and everything is just as it should be. I picked up the keys from Tracey, who was equally as professional, and she went through the initial checking procedures with me and explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend Belvoir Newbury. My experience has been a definite 5 star ⭐️ experience.
