They’re quick to respond to queries or issues, and if a resolution is needed it’s dealt with swiftly and professionally. Although the Newbury office is part of a national organisation, it feels like I’m talking to a local company whenever I have contact with them because their staff are so friendly and personable. I’ve also found their website for tenancy documents and tracking payments is really useful. I would recommend Belvior to anyone thinking of using them for letting in Newbury.
