If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased through Newark Newton Fallowell and were very disappointed in the service they provided. I absolutely would never consider buying or selling through this company again.

I'm really sorry to have read your review, we learn from them good and bad. I appreciate it was disappointing that you had to pay the asking price to secure the property, but with all the other interest it was the only way to secure it. A thorough initial appraisal preceded an imaginative sales campaign, drawing considerable interest. As a vendor not living locally, I felt well supported and advised. Throughout the team in Newark were friendly and business like. The process of buying and selling property is not known for being either easy or pleasant; here it was both. Absolutely disgusted with my

Absolutely disgusted with my experience of this lettings agency as a tenant. Unprofessional and eager to take money without resolving difficulties. Poorly maintained property with severe damp issues, and excessive charges for cleaning the property on vacation. Even used the landlord's own cleaning contractors to clean the property then billed me despite the property already being cleaned thoroughly - surely a conflict of interest here. When trying to resolve issues became hostile and unhelpful. Beware and don't use them if you can help it.

I would disagree that this was a poorly maintained property with severe damp issues. They kept the rent, not

They kept the rent, not passing it to the landlord and therefore got me into trouble with the owner, by telling him that I wouldn't pay

If I did not like the house

If I did not like the house so much I definatley would not be with belvoir, since the day I moved in there has been problems and they still have not been sorted!!! This has been 5 months, all they ask for is an email or a letter time after time, and they are extrememly rude!! They need to learn customer services let alone how to run a business!! I mean there ok taking money from us and then asking for more money to extend the contract! I think this is disgusting!! They ought to do undercover boss!! Now that would be funny! ha
