Totally useless and a load of liarsNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Appalling . Supposed to have a list of people waiting and say they will let you know about new properties coming on . Well thats pointless....they dont ‼‼‼. Whole attitude couldnt care less as long as they get their commission . Have put in a complaint over this offices ethics .

Be careful what you sign for. I have just paid full commission to Newton fallowell for NOT selling my house. The contract covers every eventuality to make sure they take your money whether they sell it or not. I had my property on for a long period of time and followed instructions to reduce price when told to do so. I then got the opportunity to part exchange with a new build. They couldn’t wait to let me know I owed them full commission. I could understand a partial payment to cover costs but not the full amount. Bought in to the sales pitch of the manger who then wanted nothing to do with me when I had a complaint. READ THE SMALL PRINT!!

Wouldn’t recommend

Wouldn’t recommend these clowns for anything. Found rick to be extremely rude and patronising also a liar. Didn’t even put our offer forwards for not one but 2 properties on separate occasions. They seem to forget the town is small and chances are you know the people involved in a sale. Will never attempt any transaction with these ever again.

Unimaginable

I don't even know where to start with this company! So I rented a 2 bed house in Balderton for 2 years and within this time I had the letting agents let themselfs in without prior written or verbal notice given on 4 occasions, one occasion my partner who had been working nights was in bed asleep! I have always paid my rent on time, kept the property to a good standard and communicated with them in a timely manner so it always shocked me why I was treated so badly! It all got to stressful with me being pregnant and unwell, I couldn't feel safe in a house I was paying a substantial amount to, and when I questioned this I was treated unfairly, I never received a apology and I just got argumentative comments back, even though it was Belvoir who had broken the tenancy agreement! They refused to let my landlady know what they had done or how they had spoken to me, so I asked for her details to contact her which they refused again. Luckly I had her address in my tenancy agreement so I wrote to her, and informed her of there misdoing to which she was disgusted by. I was left completely stressed out, upset, pregnant and feeling unsafe in my own home, so I saved at a alarming rate so I could buy my own house and not have to deal with these kind of circumstances again. When I took the keys back they greeted me with a smile until Introduced myself, they then snatched the keys from me and wouldnt provide us any documentation until we pressed for some. I was told recently by the "manager" that I had brought all the stress on myself and I didn't have any respect for them! I was also told that it was the landlady who paid them and they had nothing to do with me (funny that they don't make comments like this when your agreeing to rent a property). He was incredibly sarcastic towards the end and seemed very proud that they had made a 9 month pregnant lady move out of a property under undiscrible stress. So if you want to rent/buy from people that treat you well until they have your money and signature, have no morals and seem to enjoy mistreating people then this is the right company for you!

Popped in to get some details on a property and was told it was under offer. So said would you please let us know if it comes on the market. The bloke says yes but didn’t take my name or any details. I would say these people don’t sell houses and can’t sell houses. Poor poor customer service. I just chucked the brochure in the bin! Would never buy from this firm. If you want to see go to gascoignes or alisdair Morrison they have great customer service !
