This company have made the selling process simple, they have marketed, demonstrated and sold the property, I have nothing but admiration for the way they have carried out their business.

Although we did not find our property through Newton Fallowell in Newark, Sarah was very helpful in our search. She was proactive and understood what we were looking for from the start.

The team were very helpful, especially with chasing updates and information for us. Very responsive, always responded to emails efficiently.

This is the second time we have used Newton Fallowell to sell a property. We came to market at a difficult time with a lot of uncertainty due to the economy and rising inflation and interest rates. Neil completed our valuation and gave us an honest review and supported the views with evidence of other sales in the area. Ultimately we sought the top end of the valuation and it took sometime to sell achieving a reasonable price in the market conditions . We found a variance in the team in engagement and communication, however team members were very supportive in supporting our house search completing reports on houses we viewed and going out their way to get local knowledge to inform valuations and our submission of a best and final offer on another property . In essence the service provided was very good and I would certainly consider using the team again .

I have had a positive experience with Laura Thacker. I have been searching for a property for a significant period of time and Laura has been supportive in my search. Laura has contacted me when properties have come onto the market and arranged viewings at the earliest convenience. There has been positive communication and Laura has been supportive in chasing when there has been delays. My process still remains ongoing and there are delays but Laura is supporting in moving this forward in a timely manner.
