I don't even know where to start with this company! So I rented a 2 bed house in Balderton for 2 years and within this time I had the letting agents let themselfs in without prior written or verbal notice given on 4 occasions, one occasion my partner who had been working nights was in bed asleep! I have always paid my rent on time, kept the property to a good standard and communicated with them in a timely manner so it always shocked me why I was treated so badly! It all got to stressful with me being pregnant and unwell, I couldn't feel safe in a house I was paying a substantial amount to, and when I questioned this I was treated unfairly, I never received a apology and I just got argumentative comments back, even though it was Belvoir who had broken the tenancy agreement! They refused to let my landlady know what they had done or how they had spoken to me, so I asked for her details to contact her which they refused again. Luckly I had her address in my tenancy agreement so I wrote to her, and informed her of there misdoing to which she was disgusted by. I was left completely stressed out, upset, pregnant and feeling unsafe in my own home, so I saved at a alarming rate so I could buy my own house and not have to deal with these kind of circumstances again. When I took the keys back they greeted me with a smile until Introduced myself, they then snatched the keys from me and wouldnt provide us any documentation until we pressed for some. I was told recently by the "manager" that I had brought all the stress on myself and I didn't have any respect for them! I was also told that it was the landlady who paid them and they had nothing to do with me (funny that they don't make comments like this when your agreeing to rent a property). He was incredibly sarcastic towards the end and seemed very proud that they had made a 9 month pregnant lady move out of a property under undiscrible stress. So if you want to rent/buy from people that treat you well until they have your money and signature, have no morals and seem to enjoy mistreating people then this is the right company for you!

I asked for a sales valuation over 2 days ago and still haven't had a call back. Would not recommend at all. Clearly not good at communicating.

☹ agree very poor service for 1 year from start to end. Young inexperienced staff who need on going training in customer service delivery. The staff in the midland branches are going to run the company into the ground. It just a matter of time.....
