Cannot praise this team more. They rented my property and subsequently sold it. Allison could not do enough for me, far beyond the standard service. Maximum professionalism and efficiency throughout. Not a bad word to say about the ladies we've dealt with at Belvoir. Always, helpful, polite and at the end of the phone or an email if ever there's a problem. Nothing is ever an issue and after a horrendous experience renting in the past with a different letting agent we were sceptical about renting again but we actually feel settled and at home and can't praise these lovely people enough!
