Efficient communication and professional service

Angela and Katherine and the friendly team at Belvoir can't do enough to help. They are efficient - always up-beat and have done everything they said they would. Their monthly financial summaries are a great help for me (and my accountant) and so far they've been able to source tenants quickly and efficiently - keep up the good work!

Having previously rented with other Agents in the town we have found Belvoir Newark to be helpful and friendly. They made sure that everything with our move went smoothly and even sent us a welcome to your new home card after we had moved in. If we need any repairs to the house they arrange things as quickly as possible and keep us updated throughout. We would highly recommend them.

Belvoir have always found tenants quickly when using the tenant-find only service and their prices are very competitive. There have been sporadic issues with the timeliness of responses to emails and with passing messages from tenants to me as the landlord but these have generally been resolved swiftly.
