Buying our first home was a huge milestone for us, and like many first-time buyers, we found the process exciting but also quite stressful at times. There is so much you simply do not know the first time around, so good communication really matters. That is where the Walderslade team stood out. Dallas was excellent throughout. He kept us updated, chased when things needed chasing and, most importantly, explained what was happening in a way that actually made sense. Towards the end of the purchase, when there were delays further up the chain and we were naturally becoming anxious, he was someone we could rely on for a clear update rather than being left wondering what was going on. Kendall was equally impressive. She was incredibly efficient and proactive, and on one occasion actually drove out to the property to get paperwork signed rather than allowing it to sit and potentially delay things further.
