Liz showed us around a Meols property. She is a gem, she has a lovely,professional and emotionally warm manner and clearly loves her job. She was professional and knowledgeable and took time to help us see what the property had to offer. She even took a video of said property so we could view it again. Moving home is one of the top three stressors in today's world. But we have to say, Karl Tatler in WK go a real long way to making what can be a difficult time a whole lot easier. Our experience has really been like having a 'friend in the business'. Really impressed with the service from the West Kirby branch of Tatlers. Our initial dealings were with Chris the manager who was great and then the day to day dealings have largely been with Kate. Kate has been fabulous from the start. Showed real enthusiasm in relation to the properties and constantly gave us ideas on how to make them more appealing to sell - much appreciated as the market has been slow and unpredictable at times. Kate always kept in touch with updates and suggestions which was really appreciated. All the staff we dealt with in the branch have been efficient and helpful too.. Mark, Hannah and Vicky to name a few. I’d thoroughly recommend this branch if you’re thinking of buying or selling.. you’ll be in good hands.

The process was really straight forward and easy, if we had any questions about any of the documentation required or encountered any issues the team were always ready to help. This let was also on a short turn around and from the day we were approved by the landlord everything moved very fast! The team made sure we could get into the property as soon as possible with no problems!

We had three Local estate agents out to value our house, looking at getting it on the market, all three were very similar in what they offered, However, in my opinion, Sophie from Webbers was by far the most competent, She went through everything in detail leaving no question unanswered, she worked with us to achieve the asking price we wanted for our house (We actually achieved higher than the asking price) I couldn’t recommend Sophie and Webbers enough!
