Buying our first home was a huge milestone for us, and like many first-time buyers, we found the process exciting but also quite stressful at times. He kept us updated, chased when things needed chasing and, most importantly, explained what was happening in a way that actually made sense. Towards the end of the purchase, when there were delays further up the chain and we were naturally becoming anxious, he was someone we could rely on for a clear update rather than being left wondering what was going on. Kendall was equally impressive. She was incredibly efficient and proactive, and on one occasion actually drove out to the property to get paperwork signed rather than allowing it to sit and potentially delay things further. That really stayed with us because it showed that the team were not just waiting for things to happen — they were actively trying to get the sale over the line. Between Dallas and Kendall, we always felt that there were people keeping an eye on the transaction and doing what they could to move it forward. The wider Walderslade team were also friendly and professional whenever we dealt with them. For anyone buying their first home and feeling overwhelmed by the process, having an estate agent who communicates properly and helps you understand what is happening can make such a difference. That was certainly our experience here. After a stressful couple of months, collecting the keys to our first family home was an incredibly special moment, and we are genuinely grateful to Dallas, Kendall and the whole Robinson Michael & Jackson Walderslade team for the part they played in getting us there.
