Initially we put our house on the market with another estate agent and although they got us some offers resulting in 2 sales, the after sales care was awful resulting in both sales falling through. There was no communication which lead to the sales dragging on and not going through. We decided to change agents after this bad experience and I can’t fault RMJ. The property was marketed well and a sale was achieved fairly quickly. During this time all the staff including Skye and Harry were very helpful. Once the sale was agreed Kendell chased it regularly and communicated updates. Dallas was also always on hand if Kendell was unavailable and again he was always extremely helpful. There were some issues with parts of the sale but they were always dealt with quickly and everyone knew what was happening. The whole experience was completely different to the first agent we used. Selling a house isn’t always easy but it was definitely made easier dealing with nice people that were professional, friendly and communicative. I would 100% recommend them and would use them again.
