So first of all we booked a valuation with Michael Hodson from Ryder and Dutton after refurbing a property. And from beginning to the end the Whole process by far the best service from an estate agents! The customer service,The speed, the efficiency, the valuation, pictures. All to a very high level of service! We got Aaron assigned to us to monitor, keep us updated and just help us threw the whole process of the sale of the house, always returning my calls,or any query’s always keeping me updated, polite, happy and always helpful! Ryder & Dutton Middleton branch sold my house on the first weekend where there were 20+ viewings back to back.
