Super honest, reliable and trustworthy to the point I sometimes go to her for other issues I’m sure much to her regret lol but she will always point me in the right direction or get someone in the correct department to liaise with me. Excellent service from Ryder and Dutton Middleton and their assigned sale agent Richard Boyle. The online portal is 24/7, very simple and completely transparent. You are regularly updated via telephone and email on the progress of the sale/purchase. Communications 1st class 👌 Richard was also very attentive, enthusiastic, helpful and cheerful and was always available should we have any questions or enquiries etc House sold within days that’s due to the highly professional service from start to finish the whole team were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you.
