We hit many problems but Claudette went that extra mile . She chased solicitors constantly , emailed and telephoned a few times a week . We hit many issues along the way and we overcome them . The Middleton office handled the sale of our property, also in Middleton. We were looked after throughout the process by Claudette Cole of whom I can't speak highly enough - she was brilliant every step of the way. She was pro active in dealing with both party's solicitors (and, my goodness, they needed to be pushed at times!) and kept us updated and informed on at least a weekly basis, often more frequently, either by email or phone. Always courteous and helpful with advice, Claudette was a pleasure to deal with. I am more than happy to recommend Ryder & Dutton Middleton - and Claudette in particular.

So pleased that we decided to sell our property through Ryder & Dutton. The service has been excellent throughout, They sent representatives to the property for all viewings and when it came to negotiating the sale Claudette Cole was an excellent help.
