Ryder & Dutton had acted as manging agents for a buy-to-let property we owned in Manchester, so it made sense for us to use them when we came to sell. The actual marketing,viewing and sale went very smoothly, but the conveyancing process was really drawn out mainly due to both buyers' and our solicitors being somewhat slow in progressing matters. However, Richard and the team were excellent throughout in chasing things up and keeping us up to date. We would certainly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell.

I've been working with Claudette Cole over the last few months on a purchase for an investor. We used Ryder & Dutton Middleton for our house sale in August 2021. Our contact for the sale was Richard Boyle who was fantastic from start to finish. He was easy to contact, kept us up to date with progress throughout and was on hand to provide advice and assistance when needed. The valuation was carried out by Oliver who was very clear and knowledgeable. We particularly liked how he wasn't pushy and seemed very genuine which is why we chose to go with R&D over 2 other valuations we had. We also had dealings with Jordan who helped with our listing and was quick to support us when needed.
