I have nearly completed the sale of my property with Ryder and Dutton in Middleton. I initially met with Michael Hodson who valued the property. He was friendly, professional and had expert knowledge of the area. He decided to market the property at a value which he thought would generate the most interest and give me the best chance of a quick sale. The Senior Negotiator was Lisa Royal who has been fantastic. She was very helpful and and kept in daily contact via phone and email. The property had many offers the first week which all exceeded the 'for sale' price which I am extremely happy with. The communication from start to finish has been outstanding from the whole team and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
