Although in the current climate my house sale took 7 months, Ryder and Dutton were brilliant; in particular Claudette Cole who dealt directly with my house sale. She kept in regular contact via phone and email and chased my solicitor when they were being slow. Viewings were organised swiftly we achieved a sale above the asking price. Laura managed our buyer's expectations and the whole process professionally and with extreme patience and a smile. I was always informed by e mail about viewings and their outcomes and as our property was empty they provided a weekly security check.
